Interactions between us & brands aren’t great.
They’re not memorable, meaningful, and definitely not equitable. The platforms where brands spend their marketing budgets (Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X, and others) control the rules. Brands stay in their lanes. We scroll past the same ads. Nobody wins.
